Vincent was born in Mexico in 1973 and entered law school at the suggestion of his grandfather so that he would be able to help with the family business. He graduated from the Law School at the University of Yucatan and then worked as a legal consultant for his family’s construction business in Cancun. He came to the U.S. to work at DePaul University in the International Human Rights Institute where he was involved with litigation for the International Court in Costa Rica. He then worked for the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. After working as a successful real estate broker in the Chicago area, Vincent relocated to Cape Coral and became a broker here.
Vincent is an easy going realtor who works hard to establish a strong working relationship with his clients. He feels that it is his efforts to provide good, quality services to his clients that help him to be so successful. He loves the art of negotiation and considers himself to be an aggressive negotiator. He focuses exclusively on the Cape Coral and Ft. Myers areas in order to provide a more streamlined process for his clients, but he is happy to refer clients to other agents if they want to broaden their search.
Vincent lives here with his wife and two young children. He finds Cape Coral to be a wonderful place to raise a family. Contact Vincent for your real estate needs and make him your trusted neighbor.
